An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:
Planned engineering works at multiple locations (HS2 viaduct works near Wendover and early morning routine maintenance at Oxford).
The London Marathon.
Wembley Stadium event - FA Cup Semi-Final #2 (Manchester City vs Nottingham Forest - 16.30 KO).
The railway is closed between Amersham and Aylesbury all day. No Chiltern Railways train services will operate between Marylebone and Aylesbury Vale Parkway (via Amersham). Rail replacement buses will operate as follows, connecting with London Underground Metropolitan Line services to/from Baker Street at Amersham.
Amersham - Great Missenden - Wendover - Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
Additionally, the railway is closed between Oxford Parkway and Oxford until 08.20, affecting all early morning services to/from Oxford. During this period, rail replacement buses will operate between Oxford - Oxford Parkway and/or Oxford - Bicester North.
In respect of the London Marathon, the following additional early morning trains will operate to Marylebone:
06.40 Banbury - Bicester North - Haddenham & Thame Parkway - High Wycombe - Beaconsfield - Gerrards Cross - Marylebone (07.55).
06.56 Aylesbury - Princes Risborough - High Wycombe - Beaconsfield - Gerrards Cross - Denham - West Ruislip - Wembley Stadium - Marylebone (08.10).
In respect of the Wembley Stadium event, an enhanced timetable will be in operation for most of the day, with additional Wembley Stadium stops in trains, and also some additional trains.
