Chafford Hundred Facilities: Various changes

At Chafford Hundred station, the following issues have been reported:
The lifts will be out of order between Chafford hundred station and Lakeside Shopping mall from now until further notice.
The ticket office is closed.
Ticket Vending Machines are out of order.
The oyster card readers are out of order. The automatic ticket barriers are not in use. Staff are in attendance.

Grays: As part of the Network Rail's Access for All scheme, Grays station will become fully acces...

As part of the Network Rail's Access for All scheme, Grays station will become fully accessible with the addition of two new lifts which will allow c2c passengers to access both platforms via the existing stepped foot tunnel under the tracks.
The subway is being closed to maintain safety of station users while work is underway to install two new lifts. Access between Grays station platforms is via the level crossing of stepped footbridge whilst works are taking place.
