Planned engineering work will take place between Edge Hill and Liverpool Lime Street, between Manchester Victoria and Patricroft, and between Edge Hill and Rainhill/Wigan North Western from 23:30, Monday 03 February 2025 to 05:10, Friday 07 February 2025.
Some services will be replaced by buses throughout.
Monday - Thursday
The 22:43 Wilmslow to Liverpool Lime Street service will terminate at Manchester Piccadilly. A bus will be provided from Manchester Piccadilly to Liverpool Lime Street.
The 23:00 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport service will start from Manchester Oxford Road. A bus will be provided from Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport.
The 23:15 Liverpool Lime Street to Preston service will be bus replaced throughout.
The 23:30 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria service will be bus replaced throughout.
Tuesday - Friday
The 05:30 Manchester Victoria to Liverpool Lime Street service will start from Wigan North Western, and will run as normally advertised from Newton-le-Willows. Customers should use the next available service.
The 05:35 Wigan North Western to Liverpool Lime Street service will not run. Customers should use the next available service.
